Instead, the App offers a digital platform to connect users with potential loan providers. Information provided by users through the App is securely transmitted to independent third-party lenders, who independently determine interest rates (APRs), fees, repayment terms, and other conditions.

2. Information We Collect

The App gathers two types of data:

a) Personally Identifiable Information (PII)

This includes information that can identify you directly. PII is collected when users complete a loan request form or submit inquiries via the App. Such data may include:

  • Full name

  • Residential address

  • Contact number

  • Social Security Number (SSN)

  • Email address

  • Date of birth

  • Driver’s license number

  • Employment and income details

  • Bank account information

  • Home ownership status

b) Non-Personally Identifiable Information (Non-PII)

This is anonymous data that cannot be linked back to an individual. Non-PII is collected either directly through technologies like cookies or through third-party tracking tools. Examples include:

  • IP address

  • Browser type and version

  • Time and date of access

  • Language preferences

  • Referring and exit pages

  • App navigation activity

The App collects PII solely to facilitate the service requested by the user. Information submitted through loan request forms is forwarded to appropriate third-party lending partners. It may also be used to resolve issues, prevent fraud, troubleshoot technical problems, or enforce legal terms.PII may be disclosed to third-party partners (subject to relevant laws and regulations) for marketing or promotional purposes that may be of interest to the user. The App reserves the right to distribute, exchange, or disclose user information with third parties where legally permitted.Note: The App operator does not personally view or store the information submitted in the loan form. All loan requests are securely routed to reputable third-party lenders in the App’s partner network.By providing PII through the App, users agree to allow lending partners to contact them regarding their loan applications. Users expressly waive the right to file complaints to entities such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) or similar organizations concerning these communications.

4. Information Sharing with Third Parties

To deliver its services, the App may share user data with third-party service providers, lending institutions, affiliates, and other relevant partners. These parties may have their own privacy policies governing how they use such information.PII may be shared in the following cases:

  • In response to subpoenas, court orders, or lawful investigative requests

  • For cooperation with government or law enforcement agencies

  • To enforce or apply legal terms, resolve disputes, or protect the legal rights of the App and its users

  • To investigate or take action against fraud, illegal activity, or violations of our policies

5. User Choice and Opt-Out

By default, users consent ("opt-in") to having their PII shared when they submit a form. However, users retain the right to opt out of receiving future communications from third parties. Instructions for opting out will be included in any marketing or promotional materials.

The App may include links to external websites or services. These third-party platforms operate under their own privacy practices, which are not governed by this Privacy Policy. Users are encouraged to review the privacy terms of any external site they visit.

8. Children’s Privacy

The App is intended solely for individuals aged 18 and older (or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction). The App does not knowingly collect PII from anyone under 18 years of age.
